AIU high school was an experience for me . If given the choice again I would of not picked it for myself . There were some benefits to it but not enough that I would choose it again . I don't feel I received the same caliber of education that I had received at my private international school . Comparing the class room education to online , I felt that online does not compare to an actual class , I don't feel I learned as much online and was not taught to the same degree . I felt as though the lessons were poorly set up , the lessons did not always correlate with the test . In addition the teachers could not offer the assistance that I was accustomed to . I missed the interaction between students and teachers , As well as the interaction between my peers and myself . However the experience was not all bad , I enjoyed the freedom it gave me ; I could complete school on my time schedule . I was able to work , socialize with friends and work on school when it was convenient . I also liked the fact that I could redo some classes I had previously completed and do better in them . I don't think studying at this school greatly impacted my life anymore than any school would of . However by finishing high school I can now move onto university and study international business .
