AIU High School offers self-study programs that allow studnets to advance academicaly in a self directed fashion following the modular structure of each course. I hereby certify that the foregoing information is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and fully realize that omission or falsification of information will be considered sufficient reason for the rejection or dismissal of this application. 
 
Important Notes: 
 1. AIU High School requires each student to be Academically Active. To be Academically Active students must complete at least one credit or submit one course each month. The fee for Academic Inactivity is $20/month which is added to the regular monthly tuition due. 
 2. AIU High School requires each student to honor the financial obligations agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Failure to meet these requirements will temporarily disable of your Student Account, this may require you to re-enroll in the program therefore voiding the original payment agreement established at the time of enrollment. There is a $20 fee for each late tuition payment.
 3. Upon request, if needed, AIUHS can obtain an Apostille for your graduation documents as well as Authentication from the US Department of State. If you require any other particular administrative process in your country for your studies at AIUHS or are planning to continue further studies at a specific institution, we recommend that you visit and review their requirements directly since each country and/or institution may have its own unique requirements for each process.

 $15.00 charge for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

 Refund Policy:
(a) Enrolled Students may request a full refund in writing within 3 days of Enrollment. A full refund will also be issued should a program or course be discontinued.  
(b) An Enrolled Student may request withdrawal in writing after the initial three day period, but before beginning any courses or lessons and prior to the fifteenth day after enrollment. In these cases all monies paid will be refunded less the enrollment fee and 10% of any tuition paid. 
(c) No refunds are available on/or after the fifteenth day after enrollment.
